1:1 Coaching
Breathwork and mental performance coaching built around your life. For athletes, founders and anyone rebuilding after a hard season.
Start 1:1

From a doping ban to a 2,000-mile run home.
Breathwork and mental performance coach, Denver.

I spent my twenties as a pro triathlete. I won an IRONMAN and the PTO US Open and raced for Team USA. In 2023 I tested positive for EPO and lost my pro career. That one's on me, and it played out in the news.
The rebuild started with my breath. Learning to regulate my nervous system is how I got my agency back. So I became a coach, built GroundApp, and started teaching the tools that got me through.
In the summer of 2026 I finished a 2,000-mile run home for the Herren Project.
Today I coach people through their own comebacks, one on one, in groups and from the stage. I also help Denver families buy and sell homes with Thrive Real Estate Group. Different work, same job: keep people calm and clear through the biggest moments of their lives.

2,000 miles. Boulder to the Lincoln Memorial. For the Herren Project.
In the summer of 2026 I set out from Potts Field in Boulder on a 2,000-mile run to the steps of the Lincoln Memorial to raise money and awareness for the Herren Project, which gives free support for prevention, recovery and resilience to people and families affected by addiction. Every mile was for the people still in the rebuild.
