What this site collects, and why.

I collect what you send me through the forms, plus basic analytics so I know which pages and ads are working. I don't sell your information. If you want something deleted, tell me and I'll delete it.

You send your name, email, what you're interested in, and if you want, a phone number and a message. Along with it the site records the page you were on, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link (like utm_source), and your country, which comes from your IP address.

It's stored in a database on Cloudflare and emailed to me through Resend so I can reply. I keep it as long as I need it to reply and follow up.

The real estate page has its own form. Same rules, kept separate from coaching.

I store your email on my mailing list (hosted with Supabase) and send a welcome email through Resend. Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off.

• Google Analytics counts visits and clicks on the site. It uses cookies.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps basic logs and cookie-free visit stats.
• The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) records visits, form sends, calls booked, and clicks on my booking link and the App Store, so I can measure my ads and show them to people likely to care. It uses cookies.
• When you send the inquiry form, the site also reports that to Meta from its server (Meta's Conversions API) with your email and phone number scrambled (hashed) first, plus your IP address, browser and Meta's cookies. Meta uses it to match the form to an ad you saw. It never includes what you picked or what you wrote, and inquiries about the 8-week anxiety course aren't sent to Meta at all. When you book a call, the site tells Meta a call was booked, with only your IP address, browser and Meta's cookies. No name, email or details of the call.
• The GROUNDED pages use a separate Meta pixel. If you buy GROUNDED, the purchase (which product and the amount) goes to Meta from your browser and from our server, with your email, phone, name, country and zip code scrambled (hashed) first. Nothing about your eating or your body.

The calendar on the booking page is Calendly's, so what you enter there goes to Calendly. GROUNDED purchases go through Stripe, and donations through GoFundMe. Those services have their own privacy policies.

• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Ad blockers stop the analytics too. The site still works.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
• Manage the ads Meta shows you in your ad preferences.

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
